SenderOK is an Outlook plug-in that will aid you classifying your incoming e-mails. When installing this tool, you will be asked to open a free account with SenderOK so that you can use this service. This program screens every incoming message that you receive in your Outlook client (note that this plug-in is not compatible with Outlook Express) and even in your webmail. Then, after applying its built-in rules (which you can modify at will), it will sort them in three categories: Very Important, Important or Routine. Then it will move the messages in the corresponding folders according to those categories.
With every message, you will be allowed to see detailed information about its sender. You can even include photographs, or detailed professional data. You can manually change the qualification assigned to a given sender. The program will keep a list of the e-mails you received from that e-mail address. Moreover, you can set the program to move the messages that it incorrectly labeled as spam to another folder, and use also this tool to check the e-mails you receive in your webmail accounts.
SenderOK will keep you informed about every action taken by using sound and visual alerts. It will indicate you how many important messages are still to be read in the system tray. The usage of this program is very simple, and it comes with an introductory video.
